These past 2 days when i skate i notice something...i cant really ollie again....yesterday i know what the problem are...my knee!!its kinda hurt...i ask my mum about it..she said i have to take the salmon oil tablets again...and also drink a lot of milk...(say what?!!)hmm..looks like i ought to take the salmon oil pills again..and also need to drink milk (again) some says milky milky..hehehehe
